The Senator Chronometer was originally introduced in 2009 as the first officially certified chronometer from Glashütte Original. The term “chronometer” denotes an especially accurate clock or watch such as those used for air and sea navigation in the past. The version pictured here was introduced in 2019 to serve as a replacement for the original 2009 version. It features a gently redesigned case, while the dial remains virtually unchanged. Ref. 1-58-01-02-05-01 is fitted with an alligator strap with pin buckle. Ref. 1-58-01-02-05-30 is fitted with an alligator strap with folding clasp. Ref. 1-58-01-02-05-50 is fitted with an alligator strap with shorter folding clasp.

CHRONO 10:10 did an excellent job indeed. From the feedback to the purchase offer that was given within the hour on a Sunday to the updates regarding the shipment - the service was spot on all the way.
