The Glashütte Original PanoMaticLunar 1-90-02-49-35-61 debuted in 2015. This version features a 40.00 mm case crafted from red gold, housing the in-house automatic calibre 90-02. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The dial is finished in deep black with a sunburst effect and features an off-center time display, small seconds, Panorama Date at 4 o’clock, and moon phase at 2 o’clock. All indications are laid out in accordance with the Golden Ratio. The gold-toned hands and applied indexes contrast with the dark background, enhancing legibility and visual depth. The sapphire crystal case back reveals the finely finished movement, which includes a duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, three-quarter plate, Glashütte stripes, and blued screws—hallmarks of traditional Saxon watchmaking. This reference is delivered on a black Louisiana alligator leather strap secured with a red gold fold fastener.
