The Breguet Tourbillon Five Days 5349PT/11/9YV/DD0D has a Platinum case. The bezel, lugs and caseband are paved with 107 baguette-cut diamonds; the dial features another 310 diamonds. Inside ticks a caliber 588 - a hand-wound movement with two independent tourbillons affixed by a bridge to a centre plate completing a rotation in 12 hours.

From the feedback to the purchase offer that was given within the hour on a Sunday to the updates regarding the shipment - the service was spot on all the way.
