The thinnest Bvlgari watch!
We have always been fascinated by ultra-thin watches. From the Richard Mille & Ferrari collab to the lesser-known timepieces from independent watchmakers - ultra-thin watches are just cool. That's why we were thrilled to discover the Bvlgari Octo Finissimo Ultra, the world's thinnest mechanical watch at just 1.80 mm thick!

Yes, it has been almost a decade since its release, but even today, the watch is simply breathtaking, although it doesn’t hold the record for the thinnest watch anymore.

First thing first - Bvlgari did not just make one thin timepiece. In fact, they made 8 of them, and of those, 7 broke the world record for being the thinnest watch in its category. Pretty impressive!

These extraordinary timepieces are a masterpiece of engineering and design, combining the beauty of Italian elegance with the cutting-edge innovation of Swiss watchmaking. It took three years of research and development and eight patent applications to create those marvels, which use the caseback as the movement plate and integrate all the components on the same plane.

The Octo Finissimo Ultra is not only a record-breaking watch, but also a statement of style and sophistication. It has a sleek and modern octagonal shape, the signature feature of the Octo line, a monochrome titanium finish, and a mesmerising dial that displays the impressive perpetual calendar. It is the perfect accessory for any occasion, whether it's a business meeting, a casual outing, or a formal event.

In our opinion, like Cartier, Bvlgari successfully managed to break the stereotype of “jewelers not being able to make proper watches”. We think in the future years, we can expect some really interesting things from them.
