New JLC and Vacheron Constantine CEOs announced

The Richemont Group finally managed to pick their new CEOs with two key appointments: Jérôme Lambert returns as CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Laurent Perves steps up as CEO of Vacheron Constantin.

Lambert’s return to Jaeger-LeCoultre is a homecoming over a decade in the making. From 2002 to 2013, he spearheaded the brand through one of its most dynamic periods, mixing accessible luxury with high horology. Starting January 1, Lambert, who first joined JLC in 1996, will return to the position, bringing his heart and soul into the company he has served for so long.

At Vacheron Constantin, Perves takes the reins during the brand’s 270th anniversary—a milestone year. Joining the company in 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer, Perves became Chief Commercial Officer in 2021, playing a key role in shaping the brand's current identity. His promotion reflects a steady rise within one of the “Holy Trinity” of watchmaking.

These appointments cap off a broader leadership shuffle across Richemont’s luxury brands. Notable moves include Louis Ferla leaving Vacheron to become CEO of Cartier and Nicolas Bos transitioning from Van Cleef & Arpels to lead Richemont as CEO. Catherine Rénier, formerly at Jaeger-LeCoultre, stepped into Bos’s previous role at Van Cleef.
